OUR CORE INSPECTION SERVICES

Visual Inspection (VT)

CSA W47.1 / W47.2 / W186  |  AWS D1.1  |  ASME Sec. IX & VIII  |  ISO 3834

Visual Weld Inspection is the foundation of every quality assurance program. Our CWB-certified inspectors perform systematic examination of welds, base materials, joint fit-up, and post-weld condition to verify compliance with applicable codes. VT is performed at pre-weld, in-process, and post-weld stages throughout fabrication.

QUALITY CONTROL & QUALITY ASSURANCE

Structured QA/QC coordination including reporting, inspection tracking, compliance verification, and quality-focused operational support.

MT / PT — Magnetic Particle & Liquid Penetrant Testing

MT (Magnetic Particle Testing) detects surface and near-surface discontinuities in ferrous materials. PT (Liquid Penetrant Testing) identifies surface-breaking defects in non-ferrous and ferrous components. We coordinate qualified NDT technicians performing examinations per ASME, CSA, and AWS code requirements, with complete documentation and reporting.

Coating Inspection

Inspection of surface preparation, primer application, and finish coat systems to verify compliance with project specifications and standards including SSPC, NACE/AMPP, and client coating procedures. Services include Dry Film Thickness (DFT) measurement, adhesion verification, holiday detection, and full documentation.

SUPPLIER & MANUFACTURING INSPECTIONS

Verification of supplier quality requirements, manufacturing standards, material traceability, and project specification compliance.

Onsite Bend Testing — Welder Qualification

CSA W47.1 / W47.2 / W186  |  ASME Section IX  |  AWS D1.1 / D1.3

GLENTWorks provides onsite guided bend testing for welder and welding operator qualification. Bend tests verify fusion, soundness, and ductility of weld specimens without the need to ship coupons offsite — reducing turnaround time and supporting faster qualification scheduling on active job sites and shop floors.

PRESSURE EQUIPMENT INSPECTIONS

Inspection coordination and compliance verification support for pressure equipment, piping systems, and regulated industrial operations.

FIELD INSPECTION SERVICES

On-site inspection support for fabrication, construction, manufacturing, and industrial project activities.

FABRICATION SURVEILLANCE

Monitoring fabrication and manufacturing activities to verify adherence to approved procedures, specifications, and quality requirements.

DOCUMENTATION & COMPLIANCE VERIFICATION

Review of inspection records, technical documentation, quality reports, and compliance requirements supporting certification and operational obligations.
